Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before running your first audit.

The questions we get asked the most, before and after purchase.

A general-purpose AI tool answers from the text you paste in. OrderLeak captures your pages under real conditions (desktop and mobile, full render) and evaluates them against a fixed CRO method across six axes, identical for every page. You don't get an answer that depends on how you phrase the request, you get a structured, located, prioritized, exportable report.

A full report on a page, or up to 4 pages of the same site (homepage, product, cart, checkout…), analyzed on desktop and mobile: an overall score out of 100, a score per axis, your strengths, your critical issues, and for every finding its severity, exact location, and a concrete recommendation. All exportable as a PDF and kept in your history.

The sample report is fully browsable. You'll see the real level of precision: located findings, concrete recommendations, estimated impact. Nothing vague, nothing copy-pasted from page to page.

A CRO audit from an agency is usually priced on a quote. OrderLeak delivers the same kind of prioritized findings, as a product rather than a service engagement. The PDF is the format, not the product: the product is an action plan that tells you what to fix, where, and in what order of impact.

OrderLeak doesn't analyze your industry in general. It analyzes your page, as your visitor sees it. Conversion principles are universal; their application is specific to your page, and every finding is anchored to a precise spot on your screen, never to an abstract best practice.

OrderLeak only analyzes public pages: the ones any visitor can already see. No connection to your back office, no access to your customer or sales data. Your reports stay private in your account. If you'd rather not share a URL, you can upload screenshots instead.

Nothing to install. No tracking tag, no analytics tool to connect, no code. You paste a public URL, or upload screenshots, and that's it.

Your analytics tools tell you where visitors drop off. They never tell you why, or what to change. OrderLeak looks at the page the way your visitor experiences it, identifies the cause of the friction, and the recommendation to fix it. One measures the symptom, the other diagnoses the cause.

Yes. They focus on what influences conversion: button placement, clarity of a promise, order of elements, form friction. Not heavy redesigns. These are targeted adjustments, implementable by your team or a contractor, whatever your e-commerce platform or CMS.

The report is prioritized by impact: not dozens of tasks, just the fixes that matter, in order. Every finding is located and written to be handed off as-is to a freelancer, an agency, or your technical team. You don't have to do it all yourself, just know what to ask for.

Any page with a conversion goal: a product page, an e-commerce homepage, a SaaS landing page, a capture page. If your page is meant to get a visitor to act (buy, sign up, book), it's analyzable, whatever your platform.

No. You buy credits individually or in bundles, they never expire, and there's no commitment. One credit covers up to 4 pages of the same site.

Yes. One audit can cover up to 4 pages of the same site for 1 credit; beyond that, 1 extra credit per further 4. For another site, start a separate audit: all pages in one audit must belong to the same site. Everything stays in your history.

It has no access to your analytics or your back office: it sees what a visitor sees on a public page, plus what that page's code reveals. Pages behind a login, such as the customer account or some checkout flows, cannot be audited by their address: you can upload screenshots of them instead. On a very long page, the report states how much of it was actually analyzed rather than drawing conclusions about the rest. Without your traffic figures it speaks in percentages and invents no amounts. And every finding carries its confidence level: what the analysis could not settle is presented as such.
